Fighting Words Creative Writing for Kids

Fighting Words is a creative writing organisation established in 2009 by Roddy Doyle and Seán Love. Its aim is to help students of all ages develop their writing skills and explore their love of writing. Lord Charlemont himself loved books and had one of the finest libraries in the country in his townhouse, now known as The Hugh Lane Gallery. So it’s fitting that young imaginations are unlocked here in his beloved Casino. Fighting Words are offering the 2nd two hour workshop at the Casino this year, for children between 9 and 12 year of age.
